This is a powerlifting program designed to peak at a competition. It is an 8-week, 5-day split progressive program that primarily focuses on the 3 major lifts (squat, bench press, and deadlift).

This is NOT A BEGINNER'S PROGRAM.

The program is delivered via a Google Spreadsheet, and it is very specific (i.e. includes exact reps, sets, rest, weight, buffer, intensity, etc.).

The spreadsheet has a place to fill in your estimated maxes on the major lifts, and then the sheet will automatically updates the exact weight lifted throughout the program.

You will have 2 months access to the app/portal, BUT you can download and save the program anytime and keep it forever!
