If you have a technical problem, try:

  1. Logging out of the app/portal and log back in.
  2. Restart your phone, tablet, or computer
  3. Clear browsing data and cookies on internet browser
  4. Clear cache in phone application settings
  5. Delete the app from your phone, then reinstall it. Don’t worry, you should not lose any of your information on the app. If you need the link to reinstall it then email RTC.
