Challenge yourself by joining RTC’s entertaining & encouraging circuit style group fitness class. Boot Camp makes the whole-body move. Incorporating Strength Training, Muscle Toning, Abs, and Cardio all in One Hour to maximize Fat Burn! The class is completed using time intervals instead of repetitions so not to slow anyone down.
