Boot Camp

Mondays 6:00-7:00 pm

Wednesdays 12:15-12:45

Fridays 6:00-7:00 pm 

 

Challenge yourself by joining RTC’s entertaining & encouraging circuit style group fitness class. Boot Camp makes the whole-body move. Incorporating Strength Training, Muscle Toning, Abs, and Cardio all in One Hour to maximize Fat Burn! The class is completed using time intervals instead of repetitions so not to slow anyone down. Why just survive when you can THRIVE?


LOW-IMPACT FITNESS

Wednesdays & Fridays at 10:00 am (45-min class)

This class in geared toward assisting older adults in reclaiming their youth. A low-impact class that improves endurance, balance, flexibility, strength, joint protection, comraderie, posture, energy level, and overall quality of life. The class is outfitted with chairs and resistance bands, and the students of the class follow the instruction of teacher for each exercise.
