I began with RTC because I was slightly overweight and needed help learning what to do.

I was a novice when it came to exercise and proper nutrition. I just didn’t know very much, nor did I trust what I thought I knew. Plus, my gym experience was obsolete; I’ve never joined a gym before and had no idea what to do or where to begin. I was lost. However, I came to the realization I wasn’t doing well on my own, so I hired RTC.

RTC has kept me motivated, even when I was discouraged from a work-related injury. A positive word, accountability, and a push goes a long way. Now, when I don’t have a lot of energy, or feel like I can’t go on with the workout, RTC finds a way to push me past my perceived limits. I feel so accomplished when I’m finished.

Obviously, injuries can slow progress, but after 6 months, I have lost about 11lbs (8.5 of which were pounds of fat lost) and 21 inches. I would have loved to lose more weight, but I have come to understand persistence is the key. Nevertheless, my clothes fit looser, I have more energy, and I’m stronger.

We cannot compare our results with others because they do not have our body and life, and we don’t have theirs.

Everyone will have different starting points and unique obstacles to overcome. The important thing is to just get started and stay consistent. Keep pushing forward. No matter the obstacles ahead.

Hiring a coach, especially with RTC, is the best investment anyone can make.
